Yeah, I think every user was but to give some credit, this app has I think managed to become worse. You remember when people were annoyed with the Funimation and AnimeLab merge? And so simply will not touch this app with a 20ft pole until they spend some time and money fixing this application before I consider resubscribing, if you pay for it, it should work…. No fix for it, or at least no easy or consistent way to fix it. Go online to troubleshoot, seems like this is a massive recurring theme and people get this a lot. Same thing happens… clear my history, my cookies, my cache, everything and wait and try it again… STILL THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE.

I go and see what was wrong with the password, and it didn’t contain a capital, however they let me use that password TO BEGIN WITH!? So ok… I go to change the password to something that complies and press change password once I have something that works, only for an error message to pop up and basically say “Password could not be changed at this time, try again later”… WHY? Ok so I wait and try it all again. Turns out you can’t do that in the app, you need to go to your internet browser. All fine for the first episode, then went to watch the second and it told me I needed to change my “Explicit content filter” in settings. I created an account with these guys, input a password with no capitals, then watched Tokyo Ghoul.
